HSN Team Members Raise $150,000 for the American Heart Association
December 5, 2019: For the eighth year in a row, HSN team members crossed the finish line at the 2019 Tampa Bay Heart Walk in support of the American Heart Association. The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country’s No. 1 and No. 5 killers – heart disease and stroke.
Out of the 145 Tampa Bay companies who participated in the event, HSN ranked number five in fundraising efforts. Since 2012, HSN has raised more than $2.5 million for the American Heart Association.
Together, nearly 300 local HSN team members worked passionately throughout the year to raise $150,000 for the American Heart Association. They came together to create unique fundraising events on HSN’s campus that included product sample sales, photo shoots, raffles, and more. The funds raised for this event directly support the American Heart Association’s mission of building longer, healthier lives by continuing the fight against heart disease and stroke.
