Entertaining Expert Colin Cowie Launches New Line Exclusively on HSN

PETERSBURG, Fla., July 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Lifestyle and entertaining guru Colin Cowie will unveil his new line of holiday decorations, tabletop entertaining products and accessories, exclusively on HSN in October, the multichannel retailer announced today. Known around the world for extraordinary events and teaching people how to “go from drab to fab,” Colin Cowie will debut six themed lines for the holiday season, which will be rolled out from October through December. The “Colin Cowie Lifestyle” will launch on HSN and at http://www.hsn.com/ on October 15 and 18, 2007 (starting at midnight with key time slots throughout the day), with a fresh focus on Holiday Entertaining. Subsequent themed shows will cover holiday decorating and great gift ideas, among others.

The Colin Cowie collections will encompass three themed product lines (Golden Glam, Silver Chic and Very Berry) each with a complementary line of accents and accessories (Formal Traditional, Contemporary and Whimsical): Golden Glam, an array of golden themed products for the more sophisticated and elegant holiday look; Ruby Rich, deep burgundy with gold accents that are stunning on their own or complement the Golden Glam collection; Silver Chic, a contemporary collection sparked with touches of mercury and precious metals; Vibrant Citrine, contemporary pieces of silver and platinum with a touch of vibrant chartreuse green; Very Berry, a modern twist on the traditional holiday colors of red and green, it’s red berries accented with haberdashery fabrics (plaids, herringbones, hounds tooth and checks); and Whimsical, a collection featuring snowflakes and candy canes, for the child in all of us. Each theme will include a selection of dinnerware, stemware, linens, seasonal decorations, gifts, and candles, with price points ranging from $12.95 for themed votive candle sets, to $90 for a Seda France candle, to $229 for a pre- lit holiday tree.
