HSN Cares Donates $1,000 Every Day during Customer Appreciation Month

Throughout the month of April, HSN’s Customer Appreciation Month, HSN Cares donated $1,000 every day to charities nominated by customers.

HSN received nearly 700 charity nominations in March ranging from animal shelters to veteran support organizations. Every day in the month of April, HSN announced the winning charity to customers on-air and featured them on HSN.com.

“Today more than ever, we want to show appreciation for our customers and say thank you by supporting the charities they love,” said Kate Sheehan, Qurate Retail Group Senior Manager of Community Affairs.

This year’s recipients included charities such as The Giving Kitchen, Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, Every Dog Counts Rescue, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Since 2015, HSN Cares has donated over $150,000 for Customer Appreciation Month to charitable organizations chosen by our customers. HSN Cares is dedicated to empowering women and helping families in time of need locally, nationally and globally.
